Ok…I just can’t get over how happy I have been feeling lately!
Little tiny has been moving every night now! Its such a wonderful feeling, and I cannot wait
for Chris to be able to feel the movement, too! And, I enter the 16th week tomorrow!!! yay!
Starting then, little tiny might be able to hear us. So, there will definitely be alot of singing and talking to my belly going on!
Starting yesterday, I experienced a vast amount of energy, weeeeeeeeeeeee!!! So, even though I have been sick, it’s been nice to have more energy. It makes me more mad that I am sick, just thinking of all the extra things I could be accomplishing, but I am slowly getting better. I can’t wait to feel like my old self again….even if it is only for 3 more months!
Along with that energy, I am now able to smell and see foods without gagging! This means that I can cook again!!! I am ecstatic about that, and I bet Chris is too. Last night, I made: sauteed veggies (mushrooms, carrots, greenbeans, zucchini) with onions, garlic, fresh basil, oregano, and rosemary herbs. I diced up some potatoes and sprinkled with some fresh herbs and roasted them…along with some baked chicken marinated in my own sweet onion marinade.
It was great to be cooking again….and I cooked the whole time while listening to Christmas music!
I love the Christmas season….yes, I make it a whole season for me! I was thinking how great it would be if little tiny was due this Dec….what a great present that would be! I bet my mom was so happy, being pregnant during the holidays and having little Aurelia right before Christmas!
One more great thing…. I think my belly grew overnight. This morning it was huge! I can barely suck in anymore. I can’t wait to get out of the “looking chubby”phase into the “she’s pregnant” phase. I am almost there! Give me 2 more weeks!
Here is the super exciting part. This weekend, we go to Chicago to visit my mom! As if that wasn’t exciting enough, we are making a trip to an ultrasound studio to find out the sex of the baby!!! SOoooooo Sat around 1400 we will find out!!
SO pray we have a safe trip and that little tiny cooperates and shows us the goods!
